Stéphane joins Sontay as an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and manage the networks within our French market. 

With a background in technical sales and network development in the building materials and industrial sectors, Stéphane specialises in nurturing relationships with a wide spectrum of clients, from installers to major distributors. Stéphane’s passion lies in connecting with all stakeholders in the market, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Stéphane excels in identifying opportunities and providing exceptional support to clients. His focus is on fostering successful partnerships and driving forward innovative projects that enhance client satisfaction and fuel business growth.

When did you join the team?

I joined the Sontay team the 4th March 2024.

What is your 'Sontay moment'?

I remember the first meetings I had with Donal and Mark… Both gave me a really positive feeling about this company, about the business, the added values, the mindset and the human values… All that gave me the desire to join the Team!

What is your favourite part of being at Sontay?

I really appreciate the mindset of our leadership, the business approach, the professionalism, the reactivity, and the team spirit of all my colleagues. This is exactly what I was looking for…

My inspirations?

The most important thing for me is to share quality time with my wife Isabelle and my 3 children (and my dog!)

What do you do outside of Sontay?

I love to travel all around the world with my wife and my children, we love to discover new landscapes, new people, and new cultures.

I also love sailing and riding my motorbikes!
