Martin is a trained and experienced Industrial Engineer. His career has involved working as a Manufacturing Manager and Site Manager in the Medical Devices Industry for over 25 years.

His attention to detail gained from working in such a precision industry as Medical Devices lends itself well to the quality and focus required at Sontay.  He has keen interests in World Class and Lean Manufacturing and its implementation into business to improve their effectiveness.
