Claudia joins our internal sales team with over 9 years’ experience within customer service. With a medical background Claudia has served in various capacities within pharmacies, from dispensing medications to fulfilling receptionist duties in GP surgeries. She has developed a strong foundation in customer service, exceeding expectations, effective communication and problem-solving.

Claudia has been assigned the responsibility of managing key regions within Internal sales, namely Ireland, Scandinavia, and the US, alongside the day-to-day duties inherent to the role.

When did you join the team? 

I joined the Internal Sales Team in October 2023.

What is your 'Sontay moment'?

I'm yet to have a favourite as I’ve only been here 3 months!

What is your favourite part of being at Sontay?

My favourite part of being at Sontay is working with such a great team every day.

My inspirations? 

My inspiration is my Dad, he’s an absolute hero, he works so hard.

What do you do outside of Sontay?

I love music, going to live events, cooking and going out with friends.
